Social Networking Development

In today's changing economy, organizations are developing and finding ways to do more with less. These solutions are a result of a combined effort of the rapid pace of change and complexity in organizations. New solutions indicate an increased need for just-in-time learning solutions that can fulfill needs in shortest possible time period.

Being the new change, social networking can address issues and hence support the requirement for building a new and positive learner involvement by narrowing the gap between learning and application.

Social Networking: A learning solution
Social networking is a broad concept that consists of wikis, blogs, Linkedln, Facebook, and other tools. It is mainly ideal for facilitating communication between people who cannot easily meet in person. Through these channels, people from different backgrounds and geographical locations can identify needed skills, resources, or other information. Within few clicks, it becomes easier for them to connect and share their knowledge and talents over the internet.
